Liked the family room with a balcony, would n't mind staying there all day. Its location was decent and good, in the middle of jackson, and in a shopping area. Also, a themed museum was 1 mile away.

The rooms here are really nice, and they have a lovely balcony. the location is awesome, you can find a convenience store nearby, as well as the exciting Shinwa waterpark 🎢.

The staff were polite and accommodating, allowing me to check into my room early after a long journey. I highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a fun and convenient stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! the location is perfect, with an easy walk to the theme parks and waterpark. the spacious rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with fresh linens and towels. the breakfast had a nice variety of Korean and continental dishes. We loved the amenities, especially the sky pool and fun arcade.

The walls were thin and we could hear noise from other rooms.

We really enjoyed the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. the pool with view was breathtaking and the sun loungers were very comfortable. the entertainment was top-notch and we had a great time singing karaoke. the restaurant had exquisite dishes and the poolside snack bar was a nice touch. We felt pampered and relaxed during our stay here. the only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the picnic area/tables. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the private facilities were a great perk and the location advantages made it easy for us to explore the nearby area. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and exclusive getaway.

The room was cozy and neat with comfy beds. The hotel facilities including the indoor pool park were fantastic. This city location to the center of the island and theme parks is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

The resort was impressive with lots of amenities, such as an aqua park and theme park, many stores and restaurants and an outdoor pool with a great view. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff was a bonus, and the key location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The noise level was quite high, and I could hear everything that was happening in the hallways. The cleaning standards were also inconsistent, and I found some stained towels and curtains that weren't clean.
